In a constantly-changing property market, obtaining an accurate valuation of your property is essential as this allows you to make informed choices about the way forward. We are here to guide you and to put ourselves forward as your first choice of who to call.
How do we value property? There are 3 leading factors when addressing a property’s value:

How accurate are our valuations? A very good question. We don’t profess to be completely infallible, but Robin Evans of our firm has 50 years’ experience in valuing property. He has unrivalled knowledge and expertise of the property market in Portsmouth and Southsea. We pride ourselves on knowing that we have one of the lowest number of reductions on the property portals. We value realistically to sell a property. We will never recommend you put the property on at a higher price to ‘test the market’. Although fully aware that Vendors will seek other opinions, we do not allow this to impact upon our advice namely, through inflating a valuation to beat off competition.
Do we charge for valuations? If you want a valuation for market purposes, then our valuations and marketing advice are completely free.
Valuation of Property for Probate
We provide formal (R.I.C.S. 'Red Book') valuation of property and land as part of a deceased Estate. Including retrospective assessments, this work is conducted on behalf of private Executors, family members, Trustees, and many local Solicitors. Similar reports are available for Family Division and other purposes
