Southsea Seafront is home to quite a number of blocks of flats, built in the post-war era and Nesbit’s have been involved in many of these blocks as part of our previous management department. Some of these sales were handled by us when they were first built, and I would not be surprised if we still had the original plans somewhere in our archives.

As the name suggests, this area is the oldest in Portsmouth with some properties dating back to the 17th Century. Some of the properties at The Point can tell many interesting tales of old if the walls could speak! Old Portsmouth is a very sought-after location with buyers because of the history of the area and local amenities. Old Portsmouth features Portsmouth Cathedral, The Square Tower, Round Tower and Garrison Church. Nearby is Gunwharf Quays, a modern shopping outlet development which includes flats and houses. Also, Gunwharf Gate, again including flats and predominantly, houses.
Gunwharf Quays: A modern development with a shopping outlet including great bar and dining experiences on your doorstep. Apartments and houses accommodating brilliant views of the wonders in Portsmouth.
North End: Known for Victorian/Edwardian terraced houses with beautiful features. North End again has terraced houses which were built in the Victorian/Edwardian era. There are some grand properties that have beautiful features as mentioned before, stained glass, coving, ornate fireplaces etc. Some of these properties have been divided into flats over the years to accommodate more people.
Milton: Again, houses for sale in Milton, has quite a village feel to it and locals call it ‘Milton Village’. At the centre of Milton is a wonderful park.
