POST LOCKDOWN SALE CLOSE TO 1 MILLION
UPPER MOUNT is a fine example of the work of the father of Southsea Thomas Ellis Owen.
Built in 1851 as a family residence it had undergone various transformations over the years before its most recent adaptation to a 15 bedroom Guest House. This use is to continue following the recent post lockdown completion of a sale which had been agreed prior to Covid 19. A settlement close to the asking price of £995,000 was achieved.
