D M Nesbit & Co. selling property for 100 years.  Nesbits are celebrating our centenary year in 2021, quite an achievement for any business!

Founded in 1921 by Douglas Nesbit, the father of our current Principal, David Nesbit FRICS, and operating from our prominent Southsea Town Centre offices since 1965.

Now, as then, we endeavour to offer a very personal service to both our clients and purchasers.  Our Sales Team, headed by Robin Evans, and assisted by Hannah Prichard, Jackie Evans and Alison Weeden have many years experience and knowledge.  

We recognise and appreciate what is important to our customers whether they be selling or buying, or simply seeking independent help and advice.

We deal with Sales, Property Auctions, Probate Valuations, Leasehold extensions, as well as Nesbits Auctions Limited who offer sale by Auction of antique items.
