We are back in the Saleroom

We’re Back In The Sale Room! Nesbits welcomes the return at a new venue, The Queens Hotel Thursday 23rd March


Nesbits are pleased to announce our first Public Auction of the year at The Queens Hotel, Southsea. If you’re an investor, developer, first time buyer or keen owner occupier looking a project house then our Auctions are for you!  

The team are excited to get back to the physical confines of a Saleroom, the last appearance being 2020 before the Covid-enforced suspension.  Since this time, a wide range of Lots have been sold by the traditional Auction method but not in a Saleroom. 

The March Auction sees an interesting and varied cross-section of Lots brought to market, from a modest lock-up store in Stamshaw to a unique, private residence in the heart of Southsea. The team are looking forward to seeing bidders on the day and to normal service resuming.
