Legal Documents (to replace HIP)
All legal documentation supplied to us, including Special Conditions of Sale, Leases, Plans, Planning Permissions, Title details, Searches etc. will be available for inspection at the Auctioneer’s Office and in the Sale Room on the day of Auction.

Documentation will be sent out upon pre-payment of the appropriate copying charges which may vary depending on the size of the pack. If documentation is unavailable at the time of your call we will contact you again when received. Where possible we will e-mail documents to you free of charge.
